How to Make Your Formulas Even More Effective

Herbal energetics can seem like a really tricky thing to learn. Knowing how to choose just the right herb for just the right person in whatever situation they’re experiencing can feel daunting. Have you ever tried an herb with a specific purpose in mind and found that it just didn’t work for you the way you thought it would? Have you ever had a client come back to tell you that the blend you made them wasn’t as effective as they’d hoped it would be?

One of the things that can help you learn to make your products even more effective is a solid foundation in herbal energetics. When you learn these principles, you are better equipped to choose the ingredients in your formulas for you or your clients. Knowing when to choose one anti-inflammatory herb over another for your recipe can make all the difference in making your products work well for people, not just on paper.

One of the herbalists who teaches herbal energetics really well, in a way that is so easy to understand and remember, is Rosalee de la Forêt. You may know her as the author of one of my favorite herb books, Alchemy of Herbs.

This is the time of year when Rosalee and John over at LearningHerbs open up enrollment for Rosalee’s class all about herbal energetics. It’s called Taste of Herbs and, in it, Rosalee teaches you all about what herbal energetics actually means, how to discover your own energetics (or your client’s), and how to discern the energetics of the herbs you’re working with and successfully match herbs to people.
Last year, I took this class alongside many of you in our Insiders Facebook group and loved it so much that I wanted to make sure to share it with you again this year. Rosalee and John are offering some free goodies to everyone who is interested in the class this week!

Free Herbal Goodies from Rosalee and John this Week!

Before the class opens for enrollment next week, John and Rosalee are offering a free series of online training videos all about this topic. You can sign up to receive access to the free training videos and a beautiful, printable copy of the Taste of Herbs Flavor Wheel (it’s a really great reference tool!) by clicking here.

I highly recommend watching the video series if you’re interested in learning more about how to enhance your blending and formulating skills.

I've Written a Full Review of this Class

Last year after finishing the class with those of you who took it with me, I wrote a full review of my experience with it. If you’re interested in learning more about the class and would like to read my review, you can find it by clicking here.

I hope you enjoy the free training and the class!

Much love,
